Terms and Conditions

• Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Summit Hotel and Apartments' services and facilities. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

• Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-in time: 2:00 PM

- Check-out time: 12:00 PM

- Early check-in or late check-out is not available

• Guest Requirements

- All guests must provide a valid CNIC or passport upon check-in

- Maximum apartment occupancy: 5 members. 

 -Children aged 6 and above will be counted as part of the five-member limit allowed in each apartment.

• Booking Guarantee

- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment

- Balance is payable upon check-out

- Proof of payment must be emailed to contact@summithotel.pk

• Policies

- No smoking in rooms

- No pets allowed

- No outside food or drinks allowed

- Cooking is not permitted in rooms/villas

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Foreign Guests

- Foreigners must provide a tourist visa or e-visa copy

• Cancellation Policy

- 72 hours before arrival: Full refund

- Up to 48 hours before arrival: 50% refund

- Less than 24 hours before arrival or non-arrival: No refund

• Group Booking Cancellation

- 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund

- 7 days prior to arrival: No refund

• Re-Booking Cancellation

Re-booking is non-refundable. Full payment of the original reservation is required if canceled after modification.

• Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property. The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables or vehicles.
