At Summit Hotel and Apartments, we aim to provide our guests with a pleasant and hassle-free experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- 72 hours before arrival: Full refund
- Up to 48 hours before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before arrival or non-arrival: No refund
Group Booking Cancellation
- 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
- 7 days prior to arrival: No refund
Re-booking Cancellation
Re-booking is fully non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation after modification, you are responsible for full payment of the original reservation.
Procedure for Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@summithotel.pk with your booking details and proof of deposit. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the policy is updated.
